Kang Pil Sung works as a detective. His instincts as a detective are excellent and he is foul-mouthed. He is both lazy and rough, but he is also soft hearted. Hong Seo Jung has excellent psychic mediumship, but she tries to hide her ability. This causes her to keep a distance from other people and she lives a lonely life. While Kang Pil Sung investigates a case, he happens to meet Hong Seo Jung. He thinks that she is different from others and takes an interest in her. They begin to solve cases together using their special abilities.
Lo avevo iniziato convinta di poterlo vedere con Maritoh, invece dopo la prima puntata ci siamo ritrovati entrambi a fissare il vuoto con l'occhio vitreo. Per carità, l'idea è carina e sicuramente il drama è pure caruccio, ma se già mi perdi dopo una sola ora di visione allora non ha senso provarci. La storia dovrebbe strizzare l'occhio a quei drama che puntano tutto sul team e sullo scambio comicità/action con il pizzico di paranormale che pare sia tanto caro ai coreani. Le premesse c'erano, ma la scintilla non è scoccata. Tra l'altro la protagonista è così magra che faceva male a guardarla, bellissima eh ma magra in modo assurdo.

Yook Dong Shik is a 34-year-old office worker who is so weak and timid that he is used by everybody around him. After an incident, he becomes the scapegoat of his company, and so facing losing his job and his family turning their back on him, he decides to commit suicide. While doing so, he unexpectedly stumbles across a murder scene, but gets into an accident while running from the murderer. He wakes up with amnesia with the psychopath's diary in his possession. With no clues to his true nature other than the diary, and his fragmented memory lining up with the diary entry, he begins to believe that he is in fact a psychopath serial killer. 30-year-old neighborhood police officer, Shim Bo Kyung is investigating a suspected serial homicide. After a few run-ins with Dong Shik, she believes that he is an extremely kind man. However, after one too many coincidences, she starts to suspect Dong Shik might be more involved in the case than she thought. 36-year-old Seo In Woo is a cold and meticulous psychopath. On the day of his 7th crime, things go wrong and he loses his diary where he writes of all his daily life and detailed description of his murders.
Anche per questo drama avevo puntato alla visione familiare e anche per questo il risultato è stato catastrofico. La sola prima puntata è stata di un pesante che alla fine Maritoh mi ha detto che non poteva farcela: il protagonista è il classico sottomesso sociale che si fa calpestare da chiunque, letteralmente chiunque, e quindi devi sopportare una sequenza eterna di scene in cui vorresti tirare fuori un machete e abbatterli tutti come banani. L'idea è pure bella, con lo sfigato che viene scambiato per il serial killer, ma se per arrivare alla parte succosa devo cavarmi gli occhi e farmi venire un travaso di bile la risposta è MA ANCHE NO.

Lee Da Il is a private investigator, who catches ghosts. He runs into a mysterious woman in red called Sunwoo Hye who appears at every crime scene. Jung Yeo Wool becomes his assistant to solve a mystery related to her younger sibling’s death. They work together to solve other mysterious crimes.
Mi sembra evidente che c'è un trend, no? Drama fantasy/horror/crime per i quali avevo grande hype e che sono finiti nel drop. Su questo puntavo di più e con più ardore (infatti ho resistito più a lungo) ma la storia non mi prendeva nemmeno con tutta la buona volontà. La componente horror non è da infarto ma non è nemmeno ridicola, quindi se vi spaventate occhio, ma il caso che c'è dietro collegato alla parte fantasy è un po' too much: c'è troppa carne al fuoco, troppe cose che vengono scaricare subito e io mi sono persa. Ho mollato ma questo non significa che il drama sia brutto, ho l'impressione che semplicemente sia io a non andare d'accordo con questo genere.

Drama iniziato convinta di poterlo bruciare durante le pause pranzo perché le puntate sono brevi e la trama carina. No e no. Ho un ricordo molto vago di quello che ho visto ma so per certo che la componente fantasy/fantasma è un po' all'acqua di rose e il protagonista maschile è da prendere a schiaffoni forti forti così come la protagonista femminile. Se arrivo al punto in cui non sopporto nessuno per me il drop è l'unica soluzione. Al momento di questa lista è il drama che mi sento di poter dare un parere negativo senza sentirmi in colpa: secondo me è proprio scadente, anche se ha il potenziale per essere un tappabuchi a me ha solo tappato la voglia di vederlo.
The Emperor: Owner of the Mask (2017)

In “The Emperor: Owner of the Mask,” there is palace intrigue revolving around the true power behind the throne, and a plot twist when the prince switches identities with a commoner. But the overall theme of the show is love, which underlies the romance between a prince and his girl as well as the compassion for the country and people.
Qui entriamo nel dolore forte estremo e cattivo. Questo drama lo avevo desiderato, lo avevo cercato nei meandri dello streaming asiatico, lo avevo cacciato come un segugio e quando alla fine l'ho trovato ho sentito i cori angelici che mi accompagnavano nell'ascesa celeste. Bambolottoh del mio cuore in un drama storico, avete presente? Lo amavo già in partenza. Eppure eccolo tra i drop. Non avete idea di quanto stia soffrendo, spesso mi faccio il discorsetto per convincermi a ricominciarlo ma al momento non posso farcela. Questo è un drama storico che richiede pazienza - molta -, costanza e passione. Se te ne manca anche solo una di queste sei fritto perché è un drama leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeento, a volte ripetitivooooooooo le cose si trascinano e ti sembra che la storia non progredisca mai, però qualitativamente parlando è sicuramente un gran drama. Per me questo drop è fonte di dolore e vergogna, so che ci riproverò ma non so quando, magari quando avrò raggiunto lo zen assoluto dramoso. Nel frattempo mi inginocchio sui ceci.
